Delivery Of Digital Courses
Upon successful payment for the course chosen, you will receive a confirmation email of your enrolment.
Courses sold by Find Hidden Cash are eLearning digital courses which at times, depending on the masterclasses offered, may include live, remote masterclasses.
If the masterclasses are live, these will also be recorded and the recording(s) will be made available to you, so you can re-work through the course content, at your convenience, if you wish (you will be granted access via email).
Free access to the online courses and videos will be granted for a period of 6 months.
Taking part in these masterclasses, consulting sessions or watching the videos, uses internet data, which may lead to additional costs, so please bear this in mind.
Payment Policy
We do not accept or hold any of your credit card details as we are committed to providing you with secure, online payment facilities.
All transactions are processed via our secure payment partner, PayFast and are all encrypted using top of the line, encryption technology.
Your credit card details are encrypted and stored with our payment partner, PayFast, so these details are not visible or available to Find Hidden Cash or any of their staff

*where payment is made by credit card, PayFast may require additional information in order to authorise and/or verify the validity of payment. In such cases we are entitled to withhold delivery until such time as the additional information is received by them and authorisation is obtained for the amount to be paid. If we do not receive payment for your order, your services and access will be cancelled.
You warrant that you are fully authorised to use the credit card supplied for purposes of paying the for the Goods or Services.
Guarantees & Refunds
Our courses include a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
If you are not entirely satisfied with the course and let us know via sending an email to customersupport@FindHiddenCash.co.za within 30 days of the start of your course, we will refund you the full amount paid.
If you are paying on a payment plan then all payments actually made will be refunded.
Once your refund has been processed, your access to the course, support groups and related training material will be revoked.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and our relationship and/or any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Your continued use of the Website will constitute your consent and submission to the jurisdiction of the South African courts regarding all proceedings, transactions, applications or the like instituted by either party against the other, arising from any of these Terms and Conditions.
In the event of any dispute arising between you and Find Hidden Cash, you hereby consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of the Republic of South Africa (Cape Town) notwithstanding that the quantum in the action or proceedings may otherwise fall below the monetary jurisdiction of that court.
Nothing in the Terms and Conditions limits your right to approach any court, tribunal or forum of competent jurisdiction in terms of the CPA.
Limitation Of Liability
In the event that Find Hidden Cash fails to perform its work or services, its entire liability to the Client shall not exceed the amount of cash, stock and other compensation Consultant has received from the Client.
Find Hidden Cash shall not be liable to the Client, or any related parties, for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages, nor for any claim against Client by any person or entity arising from or in any way related to this Consulting Agreement.
